October 14th - 21st will be an immersion retreat style training at El Ranch Robles in Tucson, AZ.
This immersion will ask you to let go of your daily life in order to explore your practice in a focused, undistracted way. It includes accommodations- extra fee for a single room, 3 delicious vegetarian meals a day, beverages through out the day and yes coffee. During this part of the training you will be asked to remain in silence from waking until after lunch. This is an opportunity to get quiet, journal and to sit and notice the connection between thoughts and breath--to train the mind to recognize the totality of everything around you--in you--a time to be still. This is life changing investment to you--you are worth it.
